Sometimes we do not even think about how many useful things can be done in a very short period of time. Even a minute of your life can be spent with meaning, not just flipping the feed in social networks. We have collected a list of useful actions that can be done in just 60 seconds.
Drink a glass of water in the morning
A simple and useful habit that will help your body finally wake up and get your stomach and intestines working properly.
Do breathing exercises
It is possible to fully relax in a minute if you have a lot of relaxation practice. Less experienced “players” will get into the right rhythm in one minute.
