A beautiful body without a gym – does it happen?

A healthy and beautiful body is the right goal and achievable with the help of proper nutrition and intensive training. But is it necessary to buy a gym membership in order to achieve perfect relief and balance between muscle and fat tissue? Street athletes have long ago found the answer to this question and absolutely free sports ground near the house.

Today we will talk about the movement “calisthenics”. Calisthenics is referred to the system of training Street Workout. The whole point is that calisthenics is training with your own body weight. Calisthenics athletes do not use free weights and exercise machines, they work out on bars, uneven bars and Swedish walls – sports equipment that can be easily found on the street or placed right at home.

Reference: the term “kalisthenics” comes from the combination of the Greek words kallos – “beauty” and sthenos – “strength”.

Following such a training program will help you quickly get a beautiful and harmoniously developed body, increase strength and aerobic endurance. Why is this program effective? Exercises with your own body weight cannot be performed in isolation, each of them involves absolutely all muscle groups, especially if we are talking about a number of complex movements like one-arm pull-ups or “horizon” exercises.
