A smooth body
Valerie: The first and foremost thing for all balance exercises is to level your body. Stand straight, tense the muscles of your legs. The feet should stand steadily on the surface, the abdomen and buttocks tightened.
Proper body posture is the key to performing the exercises effectively.
Bare feet
All exercises are best performed barefoot. When your feet are fully touching the surface, it is much easier to achieve balance. What’s more, being barefoot engages the muscles in your feet that you can’t feel in shoes.
Half an hour of balance exercises will perfectly relax your body and help you distract yourself from everyday problems. After all, you’ll have to concentrate on your postures to keep your balance. Start taking care of your body now.
