How to realize that it’s time to lose weight?
The figure on the scale is not always the main indicator of extra pounds. Sometimes it is more than you would like, but the body feels good. But it can be the other way around. What should you pay attention to?
High values indicate not only obesity, but also the risk of cardiovascular disease associated with a poor lifestyle.
Sleep
Sleep is an integral part of life and health. Its quality is closely related to lifestyle and weight. So if you are concerned about snoring, morning headaches, frequent night wakings, dry mouth in the morning, daytime sleepiness, it may be hard for your body to cope with your current weight.
Shortness of breath
With shortness of breath, the body compensates for lack of oxygen. With excess weight and fat deposition in the abdominal area, the rib cage cannot expand normally when breathing in. The volume of breath is insufficient to provide the body with oxygen, breathing becomes more frequent. Hence the shortness of breath even at rest.
