These are very good exercises for morning exercise. They can get you in a great mood for the rest of the day.

The warm-up involves all the main joints. Inessa recommends repeating each exercise 10-15 times to achieve a revitalizing effect.

Back warm-up

  • Sit on the bed with crossed legs.
  • Extend your arms forward, interlocking the hands between them.
  • Round your back, stretching your shoulders following your arms.
  • Then straighten your back and turn your shoulders to the sides.
  • Repeat this way several times.

Leg warm-up

  • Straighten your legs in front of you.
  • Pull the toes away from you.
  • After pulling them towards yourself.
  • Repeat the exercise several times.
