  • Hook. Standing on the bottom of the pool, forcefully deliver a side punch with the arm bent at the elbow, while turning the body.
  • Uppercut. Standing on the bottom of the pool, punch with the hand from the bottom up and forward, be sure to simultaneously perform the rotation of the body.
  • Straight knee strike. Standing on the bottom of the pool and slightly deflecting the body back, perform a hip kick up and forward. Simultaneously rotate the pelvis and swing the arms for better twisting and balance.
  • Straight leg kick. Standing on the bottom of the pool, kick through the bend in the knee, bringing the pelvis forward. After the execution of the leg returns back.
