3 useful exercises you can do while brushing your teeth

Many people in the morning do not have enough time for anything. But do not forget that just waking up is not enough, the body needs to be put into an active phase. A small warm-up will allow you to feel lightness in the whole body. And you can do it in parallel with other things: cooking breakfast or brushing your teeth, for example.

Foot warm-up with a ball

- Take a ball, it should be quite stiff – so that the pressure of the foot does not deform.
- Put the ball under the foot and press down on it.
- Now move your foot back and forth.
Toe lifts
Техника
- Stand with your feet together.
- Raise up on your toes to the point of maximum.
- Then lower yourself back down.
Breathing exercises

- Stand up, straighten your shoulders.
- Take a deep breath, the abdomen is inflated.
- Now exhale, retracting the abdomen. The body can be slightly bent.
