If you decide to take real dumbbells, it is best to pay attention to collapsible versions. Such will take up less space, and in the long run you will be able to change the load.

What equipment to pay attention to beginners?

Buying solid dumbbells, “try them on” right in the store. Do one approach for 10-15 times, and if the latter are given to you hard, then this is your working weight.

Also pay attention to elastic bands. This is a very compact option that allows you to perform exercises on the legs and buttocks. Tapes come in latex and fabric. With the latter to work much more difficult, so they are suitable for more experienced people.
