Fitness equipment you shouldn’t skimp on

A home gym is not an inexpensive pleasure. But there is equipment that everyone can afford, such as fitness bands, espanders, mat, dumbbells. Of course, with such simple tools to create a dream figure is possible. However, when it comes to more serious muscle training, the heavy artillery comes into play.

Certified wellness coach Lara Serebryanskaya advises not to skimp on sports equipment and seriously consider setting up a small personal gym. We tell you about the minimum set for training at home.

Bench for twisting

Not at all the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about home workouts. But just remember how well it helps you in the fitness center! The abs are worked much more actively than on a mat, and the tailbone does not rest on the hard floor.

Of course, the bench takes up a lot of space, but if you decide to maximize your health, it will make your life much easier.

A punching bag

Many people underestimate this equipment, but in fact, a punching bag is essential for working out your arms, back and oblique muscles (for punching turns and twists).

A barbell with pancakes

The most seemingly simple equipment, but how much good it does! With an ordinary barbell, you can perform a full workout for all muscle groups.

By the way, it can become quite a compact training device, because you can store the barbell disassembled in a special case or buy an additional stand.

Let’s remember the times of school lessons on physical education and practice pull-ups on the Swedish wall. In fact, it’s great for stretching, functional training and classes with kids.
