How to exercise without a gym? 4 street exercises that will help you lose weight
The workout will take no more than 20 minutes.
Summer is less than a month away, which means it’s time to get ready for beach season. A great way to lose excess weight and get fit would be circuit training with your own body weight. They are quite energy intensive, so don’t think it will be easy. In the meantime, we suggest you try our workout.
We’ll be doing circuit exercises in a few rounds. Turn on your favorite music and work out with us.

Reverse push-ups + leg swings

- Stand with your back to the bench. Put your hands down and lean behind you on the bench. Straighten your legs in front of you.
- Bend the arms at the elbows to an angle of 90 degrees.
- Return to the starting position and immediately do a straight leg swing up.
- Repeat all over again, alternating legs in each repetition.
Do 20 times.
Squats on one leg

- Stand on the left side of the bench. Put the left foot on it, the right foot is on the ground. Back straight, hands interlocked in front of you.
- Do a squat with the focus on the left leg. The pelvis is pulled back, try to sit so that the angle of the knee was 90 degrees.

Do 15 times for each leg.

- Take a jump rope. Stand straight, feet shoulder-width apart.
- Do 40 jumps.
This was one round. Next, we perform this set of exercises first: you need to do five such rounds.

Remember that this is a circular workout and speed is important here. Do not rest too long between rounds and do not stop after performing one of the exercises.
Exercise regularly according to this scheme – and you will start to see changes on the scales in just a few weeks. Don’t forget to eat right and get enough rest.
