The TV presenter loves sports and hopes to fall in love with a fitness trainer at the age of 90.

Russian TV star Tina Kandelaki always finds time for sports in her busy schedule, it allows her to look her best. She doesn’t complain of fatigue and, moreover, wishes she had an extra hour in the day to do a few more things. Even the self-isolation regime, which has been in effect in Russia for two months now, has not prevented the TV presenter from training. The other day she launched an interesting challenge, offering subscribers to surpass her in a basic exercise.

“Well, hold the bar?!”

That’s what Kandelaki called this challenge. The essence of it is to perform a dynamic side plank. At this point, one hand acts as a support, and the other hand should be raised up and then touch the floor. Legs should be straightened and folded together. The TV host creatively described the process and challenged readers.

“The competitive spirit has always been strong in me. No matter what anyone says about me, it’s just an excuse to do even more and raise the bar to the highest possible height. So let the words spoken to you turn into the wind that blows your sails! I suggest everyone get off the couch, get on the floor and try to beat me in the plank.”

Tina managed to make 30 movements in 40 seconds. Subscribers liked the exercise, and someone it even made her give up harmful and at the same time pleasant habits. “Sitting, drinking coffee with a candy bar. Removed candy,” writes one of the readers of Kandelaki’s blog.

Vacuum of the abdomen – what is it?

Tina constantly shares photos and videos of workouts, motivating people to eat right and exercise. The presenter pays special attention to the press cubes and tells about the abdominal vacuum. What is it? Kandelaki herself explains.

The abdominal vacuum is the most effective way to get your abs in order and the only way to pump the transverse muscle that holds all the organs and intestines.

The exercise to work these muscles is as follows. The feet should be shoulder-width apart and slightly bent, the hands on the hips, and the body tilted forward. It is necessary to make a slow, full exhalation and then maximally retract the abdomen. After 20 seconds, you can relax it, pause for a moment and start a new approach. Ideally, the exercise should be performed twice a day, but also take into account all contraindications. Already after a month, pleasant changes will appear.

Kandelaki is sure that if you follow the basic rules of nutrition and daily routine, you can keep young for a very long time. Not smoking, regular consumption of alcohol and calorie-rich foods, healthy sleep and constant training are the secrets of the TV star’s success. She is sure that even at a more mature age will be able to be active and even shared an interesting wish in one of the interviews.

I would like my physical age to last as long as possible, and childhood obsession was preserved to the deepest old age. That I would fall in love with my fitness trainer at the age of 90.

Tina also revealed that she genuinely loves what she does. And that’s definitely the best motivation there can be.
