More often than not, the New Year’s feast becomes a real challenge for those who are watching their weight. Fatty dishes, salads dressed with mayonnaise, alcoholic drinks – all this is hardly good for the figure. But do not be upset: there is a way out! Together with nutritionist and nutritionist Anna Berseneva, we have compiled a list of lifehacks that will allow you not to drive yourself into rigid limits at the holiday table and rejoice in a great feeling of well-being and reflection in the mirror the next morning.
Replace fatty sauces with healthy ones
The first rule – pay attention to sauces. It is in them that the main dangers lie! Sugar, syrup, artificial flavors and dyes – all this and more we will find in the composition of sauces, which are painted on the shelves of supermarkets. What is the way out of this situation? Prepare healthy sauces, with which salads will become even tastier and will not turn into extra centimeters in the waist and a feeling of heaviness. Yes, it will take time, but the guests will definitely be impressed, and your body will thank you for the right decision.
