Sometimes it happens that after unnoticeably devoured burgers, cakes and other unhealthy “goodies”, we sit with a full belly and regret. After all, ate no longer out of hunger. What to do in such a situation, we will discuss with nutritionist Андрей Семешов.

The expert notes that you can drink enzymes that speed up digestion. They will help to get rid of unbearable heaviness or at least alleviate unpleasant sensations.

Should I drink water?

Andrew: It is not necessary to tolerate thirst, but if there is no desire, then do not need. Water will not relieve the heaviness, even on the contrary – even if for a short time, but it will inflate the stomach even more.

Is it necessary to do sports or other physical activity?

Nutriciologist recommends not to overwork yourself after overeating and a little rest: lie down or sit. Running, jumping, exercising on exercise machines – all this will not have a positive effect on your health. If there is no particular discomfort, then a long leisurely walk in the fresh air will definitely not hurt.

How to stop overeating?

As a rule, feasts, after which the stomach seems to attract the whole body to the floor, are in the days of major holidays. And everything that the guests did not finish is sent to the refrigerator and eaten clean the next day.

The expert believes that the habituation to mechanical stretching is quite possible. That is, if you overeat very often, then over time it will become the norm. If it seems to you that such “belly feasts” began to happen more often, you can try to discreetly reduce the diet. For example, give up harmful products that do not bring so much satisfaction.

The method described in the video will help to reduce the amount of constantly consumed junk food by half and make the diet more useful and less caloric.

If desired, you can repeat the exercise in a month, removing from the diet even more harmful foods that add extra pounds.
