The clinking of glasses and rumbling fireworks are a thing of the past. It’s time to think about getting back into the usual working mode. One of the most popular options is detox, i.e. nutrition under restricted conditions. It not only revitalizes the body, but also gives you the opportunity to explore yourself, your attachments and your body’s reactions. We advise you to experiment with the refusal of animal products: meat, eggs and dairy products. You don’t have to eliminate everything from your diet at once. Try different options and combinations, listen to your body.
Here are just a few dietary patterns:
● Reduce animal protein intake as much as possible and replace it with vegetable protein. Replace meat, fish and dairy products with legumes, spinach, pumpkin seeds.
Give up cottage cheese, cheese, meat and fish, but leave drinking fermented milk products (ryazhenka, kefir, yogurt).
● Eliminate foods containing gluten.

Lentil and cheese salad
Съставки:
● 1/3 cup lentils
80 g Adygea cheese
1/4 tomato
1/3 sweet pepper
2 leaves of Chinese cabbage
1/3 cup salad mix
● 1/8 head of red onion
● 1/2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
● 1 tsp. sugar
● 1 tsp. olive oil
● 1 small bunch of parsley and dill
● Salt, ground black pepper
Preparation:
● Dice the red onion into small cubes, dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sprinkle with sugar and marinate for 1 hour.
Rinse the lentils under running water. Soak for 30 minutes, then drain, add new water and boil until tender in salted water.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Cut the tomato quarters in half.
Cut the sweet pepper and Chinese cabbage into medium slices.
Chop the greens finely.
● In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, greens, lentils, cheese, and olive oil and vinegar dressing.
Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
Grilled cheese with vegetables
Ingredients:
● 100 g of Adygea cheese
1/3 sweet pepper
1/4 carrot
1/4 zucchini
1 small potato tuber
3-4 cherry tomatoes
● 1 small bunch of cilantro and parsley
● 1/2 tsp. sesame seeds
● 1 tbsp. soy sauce
ground black pepper
Preparation:
● Cut the cheese into small steaks and fry in a hot frying pan without adding oil on both sides.
Cut the vegetables into large cubes and fry until cooked through in a hot frying pan.
Season with pepper and soy sauce.
When the vegetables have cooled, mix them with the chopped herbs and toasted sesame seeds.
● Place the cheese and vegetables on a plate.
Buckwheat with soy sprouts
Ingredients:
● 1/3 cup buckwheat groats
1/2 cup soy sprouts
● 1/4 carrot
● 1/8 head of onion
1/3 sweet pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce.
Cinnamon, salt, ground black pepper.
● 1 small bundle of arugula (optional)
Preparation:
● Rinse buckwheat and boil until tender.
Cut vegetables into medium slices, fry in a dry pan and add spices.
Mix the buckwheat with the vegetables, soy sprouts and arugula and season with soy sauce.
Rice with tofu omelet
Ingredients:
● 1/3 cup brown rice
1/4 carrot
1/2 onion head
3-4 cherry tomatoes
● 2-3 tbsp. soybean sprouts
80 g tofu
● 1 small bunch of cilantro and parsley
● 1 tsp. soy sauce
turmeric
Preparation:
● Boil and rinse the rice.
Put tofu through a meat grinder along with turmeric, mix well.
● Dice the onions into medium cubes, grate the carrots, cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
● Fry the onions and carrots in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes, then add the cherry tomatoes and soy sprouts, soy sauce and tofu stuffing, turn down the heat and, stirring constantly, heat everything evenly. At the end, add the coarsely chopped herbs.
● Place the brown rice and tofu omelet on a plate.

During the New Year’s weekend, try to move more. Go to the ice skating rink with family or friends, visit museums you don’t have time for on weekdays, take a walk around your city.
