Everything we say reflects on our lives. At the same time, there are phrases that can affect physical and psychological health not in the best way. Before you – a selection of dangerous expressions that should be excluded from your vocabulary.

“Wow.”

When people are greatly surprised by something, this phrase arises by itself. Usually it is said in the context of pleasant amazement for the success of others. At its base, this expression carries the idea that we don’t want to keep anything to ourselves.

It turns out that with its help we cut off from ourselves all those benefits that struck us. Therefore, this phrase is better to replace it with “Wow”. Thus, you declare to the world that you want to get everything the same and become the owner of a similar success.

This also includes the expression “I’m fed up.” These phrases trigger psychosomatic processes in the body: you may get a sore throat, digestion and so on.

The phrase is associated with deep sympathy, but the subconscious takes everything literally, it does not know how to think in images. Regularly repeating words similar in meaning, you can provoke cardiovascular disease. Especially in moments of physical or emotional overstrain.

“No money.”

With expressions like “There is not enough money”, “There is no money” we trigger a negative financial scenario. Money reads your mindset and simply doesn’t come after such phrases. Try to replace them with something like “Money will be there soon” or “I have money, but for other purposes”.

“I have a lot of strength” or “My body is in resource”, “My legs are very strong”, “You inspire me”, “I live in abundance” – phrases like these will kick-start new possibilities.

With all the negative phrases, we are fueling disease. But as we wean ourselves from saying them, the energy will stop flowing into destructiveness. This will make it possible to move forward.
