– This kind of men’s image today we perceive as casual rather than sporty. I would suggest a young man in such clothes to play basketball or send him to cardio exercises. By the way, now sports fashion is significantly influenced by the 80’s, including a bright color scheme. Red is a great choice!

– We are used to the fact that the most “sporty” colors in clothes are black, gray and blue. Luckily, stereotypes are falling apart, and apricot, for example, has already made its way into the everyday workout closet. I especially like the fact that here as a “color pair” the T-shirt and the sole of the sneakers are chosen. And also dark gray and light gray shades perfectly harmonize with each other, although they are not fifty.

– This is exactly how I think a man in a fitness club should look! T-shirt of not banal blue shade with bright orange edging (such details always look stylish), shorts, tights (indispensable for runners and cyclists) and laconic sneakers with pure white soles. Shine!

– A notable plus is the presence of a phone case. It’s really important to count calories and track distance when running or walking fast, but you can’t go far in such a heavy outfit. The top overloads the lower part, and it’s inconvenient to put the case on your arm. I would eliminate the windbreaker or replace the shorts with joggers.

– A classic option for any active sport: running, soccer, volleyball and others. Unobvious, but white socks are an important element of this set. And the variety of blue – from dirty to sky-blue – allows you to complement the image with accessories of such tones as beige, sandy, mustard, dark green, they will look very relevant.
