What to cook delicious and low-calorie? 5 PP dishes under 500 kcal

Some people think that to lose weight or maintain a slim body, you should eat only oatmeal porridge on water and dry buckwheat with boiled chicken breast. But this is not true at all. The main thing is to eat right, drink enough water and comply with the daily calorie allowance.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find dishes that are both tasty and useful, and fit into the calorie limit. That’s why we have selected several recipes with calories up to 500 kcal per serving. There is even a dessert!

Pilaf with turkey

KBJU per 1 serving: ~ 355/27/7/46.

You will need:

  • turkey fillet – 350 g;
  • brown rice – 150 g;
  • carrot – 1 piece (~180 g);
  • onion – 1 piece (~80 g);
  • olive oil – 15 ml;
  • spices (pepper, turmeric, salt, zira, barberry, or ready mix for pilaf);
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves.

Cut the fillet into pieces of about 2 cm, grate the carrot on a medium grater, finely chop the onion. Fry onion in oil until golden color, add turkey and carrots, stew until ready. Season with spices and mix well.

Place thoroughly washed rice on top, carefully level and pour 200 ml of water so that the rice was completely in the water, put garlic cloves on top.

Set the multivarka mode “pilaf/stewing” and leave for 35-40 minutes.

Chicken boats with tomatoes and mozzarella

IBGU per 100 g: ~ 166/ 27,7/ 5,4/ 1,2.

You will need:

  • chicken fillet – 2 pcs;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs;
  • mozzarella cheese – 100 g;
  • spices (salt, pepper, paprika, sun-dried tomatoes with olives, dried garlic);
  • soy sauce.

Wash and dry the fillet, make cuts. Add spices, rub them well and pour soy sauce. We send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, or better overnight.

Cut tomatoes and cheese into half rings. Put the fillets into molds (if there are no molds, you can make “boats” from parchment). Put tomatoes and cheese in the incisions. We send it to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Roll with trout and spinach

IBGU per 100 g: ~ 135/8,1/5,8/12.

You will need:

For pancakes:

  • milk – 170 ml;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • wheat flour (rice flour) – 60 g;
  • fresh spinach – 60 g;
  • salt – a pinch.

For stuffing:

  • lightly salted trout – 100 g;
  • краставица - 1 бр;
  • cottage cheese – 50 g.

Wash spinach and chop together with milk in a blender. Add egg, flour and salt. Stir until homogeneous mass. Fry pancakes on a non-stick frying pan on both sides until ready.

Place the finished pancakes overlapping and smear with cottage cheese. Cut cucumber and trout into bars and place on pancakes. Carefully wrap the roll and cut into six even pieces.

Lazy lasagna

Lazylasagna per 100 g: ~ 207/13/14/7.

You will need:

  • onion – 1 pc;
  • ground beef – 300 g;
  • spices to taste;
  • tomato paste – 70 g;
  • pita bread – 50 g;
  • mozzarella cheese – 125 g.

In a frying pan fry finely chopped onion until golden. Add minced meat and fry. Then – spices and tomato paste. Mix well and keep on the fire, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes.

Cut lavash into sheets according to the form in which we will bake. Put a sheet of pita on the bottom, then a part of minced meat and sprinkle with a small amount of grated cheese. Repeat 2-3 times. Sprinkle plenty of cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven heated to 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.

Chocolate PP-cake on a frying pan

IBGU per 100 gr: ~ 154/6/3/25.

You will need:

For the cream:

  • milk – 250 ml;
  • sugar or sugar substitute to taste;
  • cornstarch – 10 g;
  • cocoa – 10 g.

for pancakes:

  • яйца - 2 бр;
  • sugar or sweetener to taste;
  • pinch of salt;
  • kefir – 100 ml;
  • milk – 100 ml;
  • rice or wheat flour – 200 g;
  • cocoa – 10 g;
  • leavening agent – 1 tsp.

for the glaze:

  • chocolate – 25 g.

First prepare the cream. Combine all the ingredients, put on the fire and cook until thickened. Remove from the stove, cover with cling film and let cool completely.

Combine all the ingredients for the pancakes. Heat a frying pan well and grease with a drop of oil. Fry the pancakes on both sides on low flame.

Now assemble the cake. Smear the pancakes with cream and place them on top of each other. Sprinkle melted chocolate on top and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to soak. Decorate to taste and enjoy!
