- turkey breast – 400 g;
- soy sauce – 4 tbsp;
- olive oil – 30 ml;
- garlic – 1-2 cloves;
- thyme – a pinch;
- cilantro – 1/2 sprig;
- spice mix – to taste;
- zucchini – 1 pcs;
- cauliflower – 300 g;
- asparagus – 150 g.

- Marinate the turkey breast in soy sauce with thyme, garlic and a mixture of spices like paprika or kebab dressing.
- Next, send the breast to bake at 180-200 degrees for 1.5-2 hours.
- Chop the vegetables for garnish, marinate them in a sweet and sour sauce with thyme and olive oil.
- Send the vegetables to bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- When serving the dish, add a dollop of butter and cilantro.
