Celery root salad
Съставки:
- 1 celery root;
- 2-3 pickles;
- 2 tbsp. capers;
- juice of half a lemon;
- a bunch of parsley;
- 1 tsp. mustard;
- homemade mayonnaise.
Приготвяне: cut products into straws, mix mayonnaise and mustard, dress the salad with the resulting sauce.
Combo-salad with tuna
Съставки:
- A can of canned tuna (in glass);
- lettuce leaves (several types);
- vegetables that you are allowed (cucumber, tomato, avocado, carrots, etc.);
- corn kernels;
- 2 tbsp. olive oil;
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
- salt, pepper to taste.
Приготвяне: tear the lettuce leaves and place on the bottom of a plate. Add finely diced vegetables and tuna. Season the salad with salt, oil and lemon.
Poké Salad
Съставки:
- a cup of rice (boil it);
- fish – lightly salted salmon, grilled tuna, boiled shrimp – whatever you like;
- cabbage (150-200 g);
- carrots (1-2 pcs. medium);
- any dressing, pomegranate sauce, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice.
You can add soy beans, red cabbage, onions, any vegetables.
Приготвяне: rice lay out on the bottom, visually divide the tamped area into three or four parts. In one of the parts lay out the fish, in the next – cabbage and carrots, in another one – beans, red cabbage, onions. Pour the dressing over the top. Stir before serving.
