Why a sports photo shoot is not only a pleasant entertainment?

Many people like to take selfies in the gym, and there is nothing wrong with that. Sports photo shoots, especially professional ones, are not only a pleasant pastime. When we achieve certain results, we want others to appreciate them. Beautiful pictures give us confidence in ourselves, our abilities and ambitions. What other benefits are there?

Motivate others

Denis: One of the postulates of NLP is that if at least one person can do something effectively, then others can learn to do it as well. Our successes can inspire others. And we will feel good about setting an example, and others will benefit. Either way, it illustrates us as goal-oriented individuals.

Creating an image

There is such a “halo effect”: a person who is successful in one area, people tend to consider successful in other areas. This can play into your hands, for example, in employment. Success in sports can tilt the choice in our favor.

Sharing positive emotions

Denis: Sometimes a photo shoot can be aimed at some funny moments, for example, too thin or too full. In this way we can evoke a lot of positive emotions in ourselves and our subscribers. To relieve worries that we are “not like that” in the standard sense. Self-irony is a very powerful weapon in a harmonious character.

Visualize goals

With the help of well-exposed light, good angles and poses, a skillful photographer can “elongate” our legs, make our bodies look slimmer and our gaze more confident. Find a good photographer. When choosing, base your choice on his or her work. If they are not close to you, the effort and time will be wasted. Photo cards should bring aesthetic pleasure to you personally.

Ignore negative comments. Envious people are always enough, so do not take criticism on your own account. Instead, think about what else you should work on and what you can improve.

Don’t obsess over the pictures. Photo shoots shouldn’t compete with training. You can work out a “golden ratio” for yourself – for example, do a maximum of one shoot per 10 or 15 workouts. Plus, this way the results of your workouts will be immediately visible.
