Push-ups are one of the most popular and, more importantly, effective strength exercises. You don’t need any special equipment to perform them – all you need is any horizontal surface. Push-ups from the floor is a complex exercise aimed at developing strength. It increases the endurance of the body and the strength of the muscles of the upper half of the body. When performing it, it strengthens bones, increases mass and improves metabolism.

Igor Voytenko – a popular Ukrainian fitness blogger (2, 24 million subscribers on YouTube) – shared with his viewers a program of exercises to strengthen pectoral muscles and shoulders. Igor’s idea is to perform 100 push-ups a day for 30 days. Best of all, you can take the challenge at any time!

Igor recommends doing these workouts every other day, but after the very first time to rest for two days, because at the beginning of the challenge muscles will be very sore for some time.
