What unusual things can be prepared from kefir?
Kefir is a fermented milk product that has a beneficial effect on the whole body due to its unique composition. It is full of vitamins C, A, PP, D and B vitamins (B1, B2, B5, B6, B9, B12) choline and beta-carotene. A set of useful minerals, phosphorus, potassium, copper, chromium, calcium, sulfur, sodium, etc.
Vitamins and minerals have a beneficial effect on the work of the body, help strengthen immunity, relieve fatigue. We share several useful recipes with kefir.
Kefir with cinnamon
Budete potřebovat:
- kefir – 200 g;
- cinnamon – 1 tsp.
Thoroughly mix kefir with cinnamon. A pleasant drink on the guard of your health is ready!
Kefir pannacotta
Budete potřebovat:
- kefir – 1 liter;
- sweetener – to taste;
- vanillin – 1 tsp;
- cocoa – 1 tbsp;
- gelatin – 40-50 g.
Pour 100 g of warm water into the quick-soluble gelatin and leave it to swell and dissolve. Mix kefir with vanilla and sweetener and stir until vanilla dissolves. Thinly stream in the dissolved and cooled gelatin. Pour one third of the kefir mixture into another bowl and add cocoa, stir well until completely dissolved.
Then pour the future dessert into cups in layers: first white, remove to the freezer for six to eight minutes, then a layer with cocoa. And so alternate. The dessert should be well chilled before serving.
Smoothie with avocado and cucumber
Budete potřebovat:
kefir – 150 g;
avocado – 1/4 part;
medium cucumber – 1 piece.
Wash avocado and cucumber, peel the avocado from the peel. Put everything in a blender and thoroughly whip. You can also add different fruits and berries to the smoothie to your taste.
And if you put more avocado and a hard-boiled egg, you will get a wonderful cold soup.
Kefir sauce
Budete potřebovat:
- greens;
- cucumber;
- garlic.
Chop greens, cucumber and garlic to your taste, mix everything gently, salt and serve with salad, vegetables, fish and meat.
