When cooking meat, you need to use less salt, because it provokes dehydration of the body and the appearance of cardiovascular diseases. Frequent use of fatty varieties of meat leads to problems with the blood supply, so they should also be avoided.

Irresponsible attitude to nutrition is the cause of many problems. To keep your heart healthy, pay attention not only to what you eat, but also how.
