Jazz-funk originated in the 90’s in the USA, incorporating elements of hip-hop, vogueing and vaquinga – club style. And all together – this is jazz-funk, smooth and at the same time sharp, expressive, flexible dance.
It is usually called youth, but to learn it is possible to absolutely everyone. Jazz-funk will help to loosen up, learn to feel the rhythm, as well as keep yourself in shape. The main advantage – freedom, this dance has no canon, which must be strictly followed. You can reveal your individuality on the dance floor, move intuitively. That’s the point – bring something of your own into the dance to get a real high.
As for the sports component, jazz-funk will help you improve endurance and coordination, pump flexibility, stretching, strengthen the muscles of the legs, back and arms and, of course, emotionally discharge, discharge all the negativity.
