How to make healthy and tasty yogurt ice cream?
Ice cream is a favorite dessert not only for children, but also for many adults. However, the purchased one is often prepared with the use of coloring agents, margarine, a large amount of sugar. To find a quality and least harmful dessert will have to try hard.
But you can make healthy ice cream yourself – for example, from yogurt. We share three recipes, the ingredients for which can be found in almost any store.
Coconut ice cream
Budete potřebovat:
- coconut cream – 400 g;
- natural thick yogurt – 400 g;
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp;
- coconut shavings – 100 g;
- vanilla extract – 1-2 tsp;
- honey or other sweetener.
In a blender whip yogurt with coconut shavings and coconut cream, add lemon juice, vanilla and sweetener. It is better to put a little more sweetener, as the ice cream will become less sweet. Whip again. Put it in a mold and send it to the freezer for a few hours.
Ice cream with avocado and yogurt
Budete potřebovat:
- avocado – 2 pcs;
- limetka - 1 ks;
- yogurt – 200 g;
- sweetener to taste.
Peel avocado, add lime juice and grated zest to it. You can also add mint or molasses. Then whip in a blender, add yogurt, sweetener and whip again.
Spread into molds and send to the freezer until frozen.
Coconut-strawberry ice cream with basil
Budete potřebovat:
- strawberries – 500 g;
- coconut cream – 400 g;
- natural yogurt – 200 g;
- basil;
- sweetener.
Wash the berries, dry them and remove the “tails”. Beat the berries together with yogurt and a couple of basil leaves. Then add the coconut cream and sweetener.
Spread into a mold and send to the freezer until frozen.
