How to prepare a delicious and healthy cottage cheese Easter?

Traditional treats are considered cottage cheese Easter, yeast kulich and dyed eggs. But what about those who are dieting or following a diet? Is it possible to prepare festive treats without fatty cottage cheese, butter and condensed milk? We tell you.

Pour gelatin with water (clearly according to the instructions), leave to swell. Raisins (or other dried fruits) also pour water and leave for 20 minutes. Beat the eggs to stiff peaks, carefully pouring in the milk. Put the lush mass on a low heat and bring to a boil. Add sugar substitute, vanillin and swollen gelatin. Boil the mixture for 1-2 minutes.

Chop the nuts. Beat the cottage cheese with a blender until smooth. Add the slightly cooled egg-milk-gelatin mixture, continuing to whisk. Combine with nuts and raisins. Spread the resulting mass into the mold. Take it to the refrigerator to harden. Decorate the finished Easter as desired.
