Detox with drinks to suit all tastes!

Spring is the perfect time to give your body a detox unloading day, or maybe even a week. And even if your body doesn’t demand it in an ultimatum form, you want lightness and renewal both outside and inside.

In today’s selection we will tell you how to properly prepare for detox. And also how to make this process as diverse and effective as possible. In this we will be helped by our colleagues from the restaurant of proper nutrition Fresh.

It’s interesting: detox does not just help to remove a couple of extra centimeters on the waist, it helps to improve your metabolism and set your body up for further work. Thus, two or three “cleansing” days start a process that continues for a few more weeks.

How to prepare for a detox program?

  • Exclude fatty, fried and overly salty food from your diet.
  • Exclude alcohol from your diet.
  • Drink more fluids, preferably pure water (4 glasses a day).
  • Record your initial condition in order to notice even the smallest movements and changes.

Ideally, consult your doctor or nutritionist/nutritionist.

What will help to enhance the effect?

  • In the morning on an empty stomach, drink a glass of warm water with lemon.
  • Consume the drinks alternately according to the program.
  • Any physical activity, visiting the bath, contrast shower is welcomed.
