Australian Belinda Norton looks amazing at 43. She works as a physical education teacher and has developed her own weight loss and rejuvenation program, thanks to which her popularity on Instagram is growing rapidly. The mom of two children told how she managed to reverse the aging process and get her body in perfect shape.

What is the secret of rejuvenation?

Food. Belinda claims that you should eat at certain hours. In general, she advises to eat 5-6 times a day, and the portions should be the size of a fist. For example, her breakfast consists of oatmeal with blueberries, peanut butter, a small cappuccino with almond milk and two glasses of water. Already at school, at 9:15, the Australian eats one bowl of granola and coconut yogurt with raspberries, and drinks another cup of coffee. At 11:30, she eats tuna salad and carrot salad, remembering to wash it all down with water. Belinda’s late lunch at 3 p.m. consists of rice cakes with peanut butter and banana, and for dinner Norton makes Teriyaki salmon tacos with salad.

Norton has completely eliminated junk food and sugar, replacing them with fruits and vegetables. She recommends eating blueberries, spinach, almonds, salmon and vegetables as often as possible.

Water. As you have already noticed, Belinda’s diet includes a lot of water. She believes that it should be taken in large quantities not only after grueling workouts, but also during meals. Sometimes drinking water can be replaced with coconut water.

Physical activity. Norton recommends avoiding long-distance running and emphasizing strength training. In her opinion, excessive running is not conducive to better body shape. She continues to run short distances, but she recommends more morning walks to help her get in shape.

Leisure. Belinda believes that rest is just as important as working out. In addition to this, she prefers to visit a massage therapist once a month.

“It’s a preventive measure to avoid injuries. Thanks to massage, you are more mobile and it also removes unwanted toxins from the body, rejuvenating the body and skin,” says Norton.

She advises practicing weekly yoga to relieve stress, listening to soothing music, taking a bath, and getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night.

Skin care. Belinda recommends not falling asleep with makeup on, but applying rosehip oil around the eyes and on the décolletage. She also undergoes a facial microdermabrasion procedure every three months.
