Repeating after the 50-year-old supermodel is not so easy.

Naomi Campbell is one of the most successful supermodels in the world, famous for her grace and catlike gait. And even at the age of 50, she continues to amaze fans with her stunning figure and is not afraid to share her beauty secrets. In her Instagram, the model published a 30-minute workout. Some exercises you can repeat at home.

Already in the first seconds of the video you can feel Naomi’s positive attitude and desire to start training. “Good morning! Rise and shine!” – cheerfully greets the viewers of the supermodel. She begins her warm-up with light claps all over her body to warm up her muscles. The music in the background is energizing, helping to get her off the couch and share Naomi’s energetic mood.

The model starts her workout with squats, which are supervised by her personal trainer. She puts her feet shoulder width apart and raises a special ball above her head. To make the exercises effective, she bends her knees and squats so that her thighs are parallel to the floor. Leaning on her heels, Naomi stands up and squeezes the ball above her head. Performs exercises model about 15-20 times.
