“I add a tablespoon of apple cider to a cup of broth and drink that mixture every day. It’s very high in collagen, protein and minerals, it’s healthy and helps keep me young. Thanks to this, I can avoid Botox, which I am very afraid of. The right fats are necessary for our body – they restore the structure of the skin, hair, nails,” says Hayek.
