Balance

Technique:

  • Get on all fours;
  • straighten your right leg and left arm. Try to keep your balance;
  • return to the starting position;
  • repeat the same on the other side.

Do the exercise for a minute.

Plank

Technique:

  • stand in the plank: elbow rest, feet shoulder-width apart, body straight;
  • fix the position.

Do two times for 30 seconds.

Twists

Technique:

  • Lie on your back, hands behind your head, legs bent at the knees;
  • on the inhale, lift up, pull the shoulder blades away from the surface;
  • on the exhalation lie back down;
  • repeat from the beginning.

Do the exercise for a minute.

This was a great start to getting back into a workout regimen! If you don’t want to hit the gym over New Year’s break, do this set of exercises every morning to feel better.
