Ate two eggs a day for six months. Experimental results and doctor’s analysis

A few years ago I faced a problem: I had non-healing wounds in the corners of my mouth. Ointments and other cosmetic products did not help, so I turned to doctors.

On the recommendation of specialists, I took a test, the results of which revealed a lack of phosphorus. I was advised to eat two eggs every day. The substance from pharmacy preparations, according to the doctor, would be absorbed worse in my case.

I followed the recommendations for six months. It should be said that I had never been a big fan of eggs before – I ate them only a couple of times a month. But what not to do for the sake of health….

My day started with a soft-boiled egg and ended with the same. The wounds in the corners of my mouth didn’t seem to go away, but after about two weeks I noticed that my nails were a little stronger. Encouraged, I continued the experiment.

After a month and a half, I encountered the first difficulties: the smell of egg white began to irritate me. My diet was adjusted: I started making scrambled eggs, adding peppers, tomatoes, and ham to improve the flavor of the food.

It didn’t help much, but the corners of my mouth slowly started to heal, so I overpowered myself and still ate two eggs a day.

The fourth month of this diet was the hardest. I was sick of scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs. The sight and smell of hard-boiled eggs made me nauseous. I wanted to quit the experiment, but I was afraid that then the results would disappear. And they were!

The link told how many eggs you can eat a day – raw, boiled, hard-boiled.

The wounds in the corners of my mouth healed, my hair improved (it became shinier and looked healthier), and I also started to crave less junk food: crackers, popcorn, peanuts with different flavors. Perhaps the craving for junk food was due to the fact that my body was lacking something.

After six months, I ended the experiment. Then, however, for two months I couldn’t even look at eggs, but when this period passed, I included them in my diet again. Now I eat them a couple times a week, which is enough for me. And in general, I began to monitor my diet more, so that it was balanced.

Doctor’s opinion

This is an example of a story with a good beginning and a good ending where the doctor was able to look at the true cause of the condition. Sores in the corners of the mouth can be a symptom of many ailments, from an allergic reaction to a fungal infection.

Cracks are manifested with staphylococcus aureus, increased activity of herpes in the body, with stress and taking certain medications. But they can also be a symptom of nutrient deficiencies. In order to understand which ones, additional studies are conducted.

Now about eggs. For a long time, they were considered a product from the abundance of which can increase cholesterol levels. Today we know this is not true, but we still don’t allow eggs in our diet more than two or three times a week.

Why? Egg white has many essential amino acids, but it also contains ovomucoid, an allergen. Its overabundance often causes skin diseases in children, and in adults can provoke latent hypersensitivity and inflammation.

In general, the norms of egg consumption per day are very different. For example, an adult man can eat five or six pieces, if he has a normal tolerance to this product. Only individual reaction and doctor’s recommendations determine whether you can eat eggs and in what quantity.

Are raw eggs so useful? What will happen if you eat them every day, told in the previous material.

When the body reacts with nausea, unwillingness to even see the product, it makes sense to refuse the dish. After all, phosphorus, the deficiency of which was observed in our heroine, there are also in other foods.
