Jumping Jack

Execution technique:

  • Put your feet together, arms along the torso.
  • In a hop, spread your legs apart. At the same time raise your arms above your head.
  • Also jump back to the starting position.

Squats

Technique:

  • Stand straight, legs wider than shoulder width, arms along the torso, toes slightly apart.
  • Lower the pelvis just below the level of the knees.

Active plank

Technique:

  • Once in the elbow stand, also alternately return to the starting position: first straighten one arm, then – the second.

Technique:

  • Arms bent at the elbows are brought out in front of you with palms down.
  • Alternately raise your knees so that they touch the palm. The right knee touches the right palm, the left knee touches the left palm.
  • Perform the exercise as intensely as possible.

Push-ups

Technique:

  • We stand in a supine position on straight arms.
  • Bend the elbows and lower the body to the floor.
  • Push up with an explosive movement.

Dynamic lunges

Technique:

  • One of the legs, bent at the knee, put forward, the second set back. Bend your arms at the elbows.
  • Do jumps, alternately changing legs: left in front, right behind, then left behind, right in front.

Explosive jumps from a kneeling position

Technique:

  • Sit on your knees, arms along the torso.
  • On exhalation jump out into a deep squat position with a powerful movement.
  • Jump up, straightening to the full height.
  • Then return to the starting position.

Burpee

Technique:

  • Take the position of lying down. Do a push-up.
  • Straighten your arms back and pull your legs to your chest.
  • Stand up straight. Do a jump and at the same time clap your hands above your head.
  • After that, we lower back down to a lying position.
