For example, thorough chewing of food (at least 40 times). The actress said that the clinic helped to identify and begin to control her psychological blocks. Now it is much easier for her to maintain her shape for a long time.

The initial stage of weight loss included fasting. It was necessary to cleanse the digestive system. Then Rebel learned to eat consciously. What does that mean? Supporters of the Meyer method recommend refraining from reading, watching TV, using phones and socializing while eating. You need to eat more slowly, and learn to recognize hunger and satiety signals. Then the body will need less food.

Whereas Rebel used to snack on snacks and sweets, she now finds healthy alternatives and just drinks a bottle of water in the evening. She says:

How did the actress train?

Rebel exercises seven days a week and walks 10,000 steps every day. While walking, she listens to podcasts or music.

The correctness of the exercises is controlled by an Australian fitness trainer Jono Castano. In one of the TV shows, he said that Rebel’s priority is high-intensity training. The actress performs biceps and shoulder presses, squats and lunges, as well as abs exercises. Wilson has grown to love surfing, hiking in the mountains, personal training, and boxing classes. This became her constant fitness regimen, which certainly helped with her weight loss.
