Everyone today faces the task of finally making friends with the immune system and understanding what is good for it, and what is categorically not.

Sugar in its purest form: what is fraiche?

For many people, the symbol of a healthy diet and strong immunity are freshly squeezed juices. But what happens to our body when we, for example, drink orange juice in the morning? Let’s first understand what it is.

Essentially, it is the “blood” of the fruit that remains after the fiber has been separated from it. It is natural, but nevertheless sugar in its purest form. Entering the body, it very quickly raises the level of sugar in the blood and accordingly causes active production of insulin to return this indicator to normal.

In order for fruit juices to benefit the immune system, it is necessary to dilute them with water by at least one third. This way, you’ll also preserve your tooth enamel. And, importantly, do not drink fruit juices on an empty stomach in the morning! At this time of day, the pancreas needs to produce even more insulin to process the same amount of fructose that enters the body.

These freeshes contain high amounts of chlorophyll, which creates an alkaline intracellular environment. And this is extremely unpleasant for viruses and pathogens – they can not linger in such an environment. That, in fact, we need.

At the same time, you should also dilute even green juices with water – at least a quarter – and drink them between meals or half an hour before dinner.
