Interval fasting is not a diet, but a special dietary regimen. It does not contain any strict restrictions related to the consumption of any products.

Julia: What is this method? A day is divided into two periods: during the first one food can be consumed, during the second one – not. The most popular scheme among the existing ones: “8/16”. That is, during eight hours you have time to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the remaining 16 do not eat at all. You can choose your own meal times, depending on your lifestyle and work schedule. The patient may be referred for additional examinations for competent drawing up of the nutrition program.

Pros of interval fasting:
