A correct and healthy twine is, first of all, stretching the fasciae. These are a kind of “cases” of our muscles, connective tissue that protects them and allows them to better interact with other muscle groups. The fasciae need to be elastic to allow our body to move properly. Our flexibility and strength, endurance and performance depend on their healthy condition.

The biggest mistake new members of the twine club make is wanting to get on twine in three days. Do you think I am exaggerating and there are no people in the world with such a dream? Believe me, there are! They know for sure that they are not plasticine, but they are not embarrassed by torn ligaments.

5 main mistakes when achieving twine

  1. Stretch as you go, without understanding the correctness of the algorithm itself. This way you will not only sit on the twine later than you wanted, but also spoil your health.
  2. Stretching on one side/leg is a violation of body symmetry. As absurd as it may sound to beginners, but such stretching is “hello, disability”. Violation of balance in the body will pull not only the spine, pelvic bones, knees, but also internal organs. That’s the way humans are: everything works together.
  3. Clamp down on pain and don’t breathe. If a person who dreams of twine, shrink, shrink, get more air and, overcoming himself, start stretching, nothing will come out of it. You can let the dream of twine float away or give it to someone else. Breathing – an important component of this action, and breathe, stretching, you need to breathe correctly.
  4. Unhealthy diet. Talking about proper diet is boring everyone by now, but fear not, literally one secret!
