Exercise 1

1. Preparatory stage – do a hang parallel to the ground. The level between the hips and the body should be 90 degrees. Fix and hold the body in this position for 12 seconds.

2. Continue from the starting position in which we stayed. Now leave one leg in place and bring the other one forward to form a straight line from the toe to the shoulder.

3. The final stage – bring both legs straight, try to keep the body at an angle of about 70 degrees. Hold the body in this position for about 10 seconds. Perform the element itself, horizontally held plank on straight arms, try not to bend the lumbar.

Exercise 2

1. Perform a classic pull-up on two hands. Warm up the body, pull up to 20 times.

2. Then pull up, one arm is taken to a slightly lower position, hold on to some support. This can be a pole, a belt thrown over the bar, a rubber loop.

3. Try to hold on one arm in a hanging position. Hold a static posture for 10 seconds.

4. Complete the exercise with a full-fledged pull-up on one arm, trying to reach the chin above the bar.
