Sometimes home-cooked meals get boring and we want to go out. But it is difficult for those who watch calories and calculate calorie counts to just go to any restaurant. Often in establishments do not write the number of calories and grams of dishes. But there is always a way out – cafes where you can choose your own ingredients and assemble a salad or hot meal. You can assemble a full bowl or a hearty salad by adding more herbs (like arugula) and protein (chicken or fish), mozzarella, chicken egg to the iceberg. In addition to udon, buckwheat noodles and funchoza, you can take rice as a base, supplementing it with everything you need. You can add vegetables, cheese and, of course, meat and seafood. Such a wok will cost an average of 700 rubles.

Nata: The main thing is to choose a healthy base and not to “spoil” the dish with a harmful sauce. I recommend assembling a wok on the basis of funchoza and refuse ready-made sauce – they have too much salt, sugar and flavor enhancers. To well-cooked noodles it is better to add string beans or soybean sprouts, and drizzle the dish with olive oil. From the protein sources on the menu, choose the one you like best: lean beef, chicken, tuna, salmon or seafood. Fresh garlic will spice up the dish.

Poke House

Nata: For poké, I recommend choosing quinoa or salad – it will be a healthy base for a complete dish. Be sure to add protein to it – eel, tuna or salmon, chicken or shrimp. Balance the composition with vegetable fiber: mixed greens or vegetables, edamame beans, corn, soy sprouts. If you like the exotic, you can add fresh pineapple or mango.

From the sauces I recommend ponzu, nikkei. The menu has a good selection of prepared poké, balanced in nutrients.
