Anton Lavrentiev, ex-host of the show “Eagle and Tails. Shopping”, – about yoga and sports

The guest of the new issue of “Tested on myself” – Anton Lavrentiev, musician, actor, poet, showman and TV presenter.

Anton will tell how Ashtanga yoga helps him to keep himself in great shape and improve his spirit:

When I started practicing yoga in a more extended form, I realized for myself that the body starts to react differently. And at that moment sport in its various manifestations, on the contrary, very much clamped me, so I decided to make an experiment and practiced only yoga. I don’t see it as something magical, as some kind of panacea. I see daily practice as an opportunity to zero in, to get to that state where instincts will be satisfied.

How Stas Kruglitsky fought, his BMW, love for wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

The guest of the “Tested on myself” issue is Stas Kruglitsky, blogger, comedian and aspiring actor. Stas will tell you how hobbies in martial arts help him to keep himself in great shape:

I went to different sections since childhood, but I didn’t stay anywhere and nothing inspired me. I also tried boxing, but I didn’t get hooked. My dad kept telling me to try wrestling. I’d watch TV and see dudes in tights lying on the ground, and I’d think, what kind of stupid sport is that? I ended up going to one freestyle wrestling practice in 11th grade and realized that this is absolutely my sport. I’m good at it. I wish I had listened to my father and gone there sooner. I could have become a master of sports. It was freestyle wrestling that instilled in me a love of physical activity, gave me incredible beauty and influenced me as a person.

How Yana Sapeta gave up dairy products and what does the steel press have to do with it

The guest of “Tested on myself” is Yana Sapeta, model, fashion-blogger, TV presenter and ex-wife of ex-Dinamo midfielder Oleksandr Sapeta.

At the dawn of her modeling career, Yana faced criticism of her figure. The first thing she did was to enroll in the gym, but for a long time she did not see results. Then she realized that the root of the problems should be sought in her diet.

Giving up dairy products helped her pump up her abs of steel and get in shape:

When the modeling agency said that I was very full, I decided to reconsider my diet. The weight did not move from the dead point, because I really loved cottage cheese, cheesecakes, cheese, but when you are instilled with love for them from childhood, it is quite difficult to give up dairy products in a moment. I started to do it gradually, and after a month I noticed how the relief of muscles, including the abs, began to emerge.

I have never been a meat eater. If there was a chocolate bar or a piece of meat on the scale, I always chose something sweet. So I decided I was going to be a vegetarian! But when I needed an operation because of an injury, I had a genetic test. Later I saw that it said that vegetarianism was strictly forbidden.
