According to People magazine, the sexiest man of 2020 is Michael B. Jordan. He is known for his roles in Black Panther, Creed and Fantastic Four. One of the deciding factors that made him a sure winner was his pumped up body. Where did Jordan start and how does he manage to keep himself in amazing physical shape?

Motivation

The actor claims that as a child he was often teased. In order to fight back against the offenders, he began to do sports. Now Michael can no longer imagine his life without training.

Jordan has repeatedly admitted that it is stress that “motivates” him to go to the gym. “I think about what bothers me, what I want to get rid of after a workout,” says the actor. After physical activity, annoying thoughts stop bothering him. According to Michael, sports helps to abstract from negative emotions.

Protein diet

Every morning Jordan starts with a large plate of meat and eggs. Literally two hours later, he can be seen with a portion of chicken or fish. Of course, he includes in the diet and fiber. Snacks actor mainly consists of fruits and vegetables. But the main secret of successful training is a sufficient amount of protein.

It is important to note that the trainer makes the actor eat regularly and in small portions – approximately every 30 minutes.

During the filming of “Creed” he had to train a lot to be able to stay in the ring all day. It also took time and a lot of effort to learn and execute various boxing moves. “We boxed a lot because the choreography required a lot of training,” Jordan recalls.

After filming ended, he did not give up boxing and continues to practice the sport.

Six days a week

Michael’s training for the movie “Creed 2” was held regularly, with only one day for rest. He started with cardio from 45 to 60 minutes, then did push-ups and four approaches to bending arms with dumbbells. Later he would do jumping jacks, squats and boxing.

The actor believes that every thing you start should be brought to the end. “Always finish exercises and never skip sets,” he advises. He managed to achieve impressive results primarily due to self-discipline. Michael long ago gave up parties and sleepless nights. He never stops working on himself and believes that sport is a necessity.
