Why do we love spring? For some people the warm weather means trips to the countryside, kebabs in the park, and for others it means long-awaited workouts outside. It is no longer necessary to look for a corner in the apartment, where you can exercise without disturbing anyone, now it is possible to go to the sports ground and perform your program in the fresh air.

Today’s training consists of only three techniques: high hip raises, simplified burpees und jumping jacks. They are universal and everyone can do them. But don’t worry: it won’t be easy, the training is quite intense. Exercises are performed for 40 seconds each, followed by a 20-second break. In total, you should complete four circles, rest between them – a minute. Turn on the video and repeat after the trainer.
