Weights are your universal assistant for all occasions. You can put them on your arms or on your legs, thus making your workouts more complicated and, most importantly, more interesting. Today’s complex is devoted to arm training, it is not complicated, and you can do it anywhere – at home, on the street or in the gym.

Before the session, be sure to do a light warm-up to warm up the muscles. You will have to perform seven exercises, each in 2-3 approaches of 15 repetitions. Shoulder press, French press, biceps flexion, arm raises and many more interesting things are waiting for you in the training video. Turn on the video, which was prepared by trainer Anna Markova, and repeat after the instructor. After training, be sure to stretch to relieve muscle tension.
