The main thing that should always be with you is an unwavering desire to engage for the benefit of yourself and your body. And you can start in an ordinary T-shirt and shorts! What you certainly do not prevent, so it is a pair of dumbbells and a gym mat, but even on them you should not spend half of your salary.

“No” hunger strike

It often happens that starting to engage in sports in order to lose weight, a person exhausts himself with hunger strikes, refuses from more than half of the usual diet, completely excludes fats, etc. As a result, very quickly there is emotional and physical burnout. The body lacks the strength to continue training, because it does not receive the necessary vitamins and minerals. And the motivation to exercise every time becomes less and less, because the thoughts are not busy not how to achieve the desired result, but how to eat something.

You should not starve yourself, it is better to eat right. Eat what you want, but within reasonable limits, and if possible, try to replace some products with their healthier counterparts, for example, wheat flour for rice flour, wheat bread for whole wheat bread, and ordinary rice for brown rice. Even carbohydrates should not be completely eliminated from your diet – they satiate your body and satisfy your hunger.
