  • plank.

The singer performs each exercise 12-15 times. During the day, she also runs on the treadmill in slow jog and fast sprint mode.

The third day includes:

  • lunges with leg changes in a jump;
  • pull-ups with a forward leg extension;
  • biceps curls;
  • shoulder and triceps exercises;
  • plank;
  • leg curls with a medicine ball.

One of her favorite workouts is a combination of acceleration and leisurely jogging on the track (one minute for each exercise). Plus yoga once a week. Beyoncé’s regimen becomes especially rigid in the run-up to important shoots or performances and more relaxed during vacations.

I’ve never strived to cross the line beyond which my body wouldn’t look too natural. I think the most important thing is to feel like a woman and look like a woman. I feel best about myself by not being too thin or too heavy – just a girl with shape. I believe everyone is created different and your natural height and weight is what looks best.
