The VI International Festival of Sports and Healthy Lifestyle SN PRO EXPO FORUM 2018 will be held in Sokolniki ECC on November 9-11. GERMES: X-CROSS 2018

On Nov. 3, X-CROSS 2018 will take place. This is an interpretation of cross-country running. This year the cross will be held in the Eco-village near the town of Bronnitsy. Picturesque scenery, entertainment and memorable prizes are all you need to register right now. For the race there are free places left only on the strip of 47 km – so hurry up.

Total reboot: yoga tour to Tai

Travel agency ProTrip offers everyone to go on a yoga and fitness tour in Thailand. To keep the summer going, you need to go to Dubai. Swim in the Persian Gulf and run near the Eye of Dubai – all this at the Swimrun Dubai race! Organized as part of Dubai Muscle Beach 2018 at Sheraton JBR, this race will be filled with vibrancy, fantastic energy, grace and joy.

Black Sea SUP Surfing Cup 2018

From November 3 to 8, Sochi will host the annual event, which is one of the largest on the Black Sea coast. Traditionally held on the territory of the GC “Zhemchuzhina”. Applications are accepted until November 2 inclusive.

Competitions will be held in 4 disciplines:

• TECHNICAL RACE (technical race) – a race on the distance of 400-800 meters.
• SPRINT – a race on a distance of 100 meters.
• FREESTYLE – the race is held in pairs, the task is to make the maximum number of turns around the sign for 3 minutes.
• MARAFON – the race is held in free class, on the distance of 5-10 km.

International Marathon in Sochi

On November 4, 2018, another running Sochi Marathon 2018 will be held. For sports fans, this is a great opportunity to finish the running season and visit the resort city of Russia. The organizers promise to create a good mood and the safest and most comfortable conditions for marathon participants. There are 4 distances available for the race: 2 km, 10 km, 21 km and 42 km, as well as a relay race “marathon for two”.

Charity run #NESAKHAR

A charity run will be held in Mytishchi on November 11. The annual cross race is designed to help children suffering from diabetes. All proceeds will go to purchase consumables for diabetics.
