TikTok is famous for all kinds of trends and challenges, including sports ones. We have collected the most interesting and difficult “challenges” so that you can test yourself. Sometimes you don’t feel like going to practice, but it’s always fun to take part in a challenge. Plus, you can brag about your achievements on social networks!

Challenge with pull-ups

A beginner is unlikely to be able to perform this challenge! Only those who regularly do sports will be able to repeat a complex, but spectacular complex with pull-ups. To perform it you will need only a tourniquet.

The sequence of the Challenge:

  • two “explosive” pull-ups to the waist;
  • two pull-ups to the waist with a clap of hands;
  • two pull-ups with a wide grip, with the body first directed to the right and then to the left side;
  • one pull-up with a narrow grip;
  • one pull-up with a regular grip.

Pass the sweater on the bar – Challenge with a friend

To perform this challenge, you will need not only a tourniquet, but also a friend – this is a paired task. The essence is as follows: two people hanging on the bar, one of them, holding on to the bar with one hand, takes off his sweatshirt or sweatshirt and passes it to his partner. The second person must do the same as the first, without letting go of the bar, with the help of one hand to put on a sweatshirt. This is not easy, but a fun challenge.

There is also a variant that can be performed alone – try to put on a T-shirt on the hang.

Challenge with one push-up

It may seem to you that it is very easy to perform this task – you just need one push-up. Only it is worth mentioning that the push-up should be performed on two fingers of one hand – thumb and index finger. Even professional athletes are not so easy to perform this challenge.

The body parallel to the floor – a pair of challenges on the bar

From the outside, it looks extremely spectacular. In fact, even six people can participate in it, but for safety reasons we recommend you to try it with two friends.

The first person pulls himself up on the bar, and the body should stretch in a line parallel to the floor. The second person grasps the shoulders of the first and assumes exactly the same position, in which you need to hold for a few seconds.

Push-ups with cups

For this “challenge” you will need 8-9 disposable cups. Set them out in a semi-circle or in a row upside down. After each push-up, you must put one cup on top of another until you have a “tower” of disposable cups. Important note – you have no more than 15 seconds to complete the challenge!

Another challenge with cups

This is a spectacular challenge that requires a lot of disposable cups. The idea is that you need to jump over the cups placed on the floor in a row. Start with a row of 10 cups, and then add one at a time. Not many people manage to jump more than 50 even from a run-up!

Three bricks and push-ups

Three bricks are needed to perform. The goal is to do push-ups with weight transfer to one arm, with your hand resting on the outermost brick. With the other hand you must hold on to the outermost brick on the other side and, pressing it against the other two, lift all three in a line at an angle of 30-45 degrees.

It is very difficult to push off like this more than five times. Try it!
