  • frozen raspberries – 50 g;
  • dried rosehip – 50 g;
  • boiling water – 200 ml.

  • water – 1.5 liters;
  • honey – to taste.

Lingonberries grind through a sieve, leaving only the cake in it. Through this cake pour water, gently squeezing the skins of berries with a spoon. The water can be warm or hot – to your taste. Thoroughly mix the resulting drink. If desired, you can add raw honey.

Ice Matcha

The antioxidants in matcha neutralize free radicals (molecules that provoke cell oxidation and, consequently, aging) and support the body’s defenses. Matcha lowers cholesterol, increases energy levels and improves concentration. It is rich in iron, calcium and potassium.

For the drink you will need:

  • matcha – 5 tsp;
  • plant milk (oat milk, almond milk, soy milk) – 500 ml;
  • ice – 2 cups.

Pour matcha 250 ml of milk. Whisk well with a fork or whisk until the powder is completely dissolved. Pour into a jug and add the remaining milk. Put ice in the jug and the vitamin drink is ready.
