Half a kilogram of red caviar for two people

Not only on the New Year’s table we can see red caviar. Since Soviet times, caviar has always been an expensive delicacy. But in some corners of our boundless homeland this wealth is abundant. On Sakhalin no one can surprise anyone with red caviar.

Our heroine Anastasia Khrustalyova has spent most of her life on the peninsula and can’t stand this product. She told us why she has become cautious about caviar and what happens if you exceed the allowed amount.

All Sakhalin residents know that caviar is always expected as a gift. Anastasia and her mother were carrying jars of caviar as a souvenir, one of which broke on the train.

“It was too hot in the compartment, and we decided that we needed to eat it as soon as possible. It was not going to go to waste! In 15 minutes, half a kilogram of red caviar for two people was eaten…” – she said. Of course, it was very tasty, but after three hours the girl became ill.

What you can eat when poisoning, so that it does not get worse, told at the link.

Any thought of red caviar caused nausea. The excess of the product provoked protein poisoning, which is the strongest intoxication, our reader noted. “It is from that day I just can not eat this caviar, and the smell itself is not tolerated,” – shared Anastasia.

Doctor’s opinion

Red caviar is a useful fish “sub-product”. It is rich in amino acids and omega-3, vitamins, everything necessary for the growth of the very fry from the egg.

But caviar, sealed in cans, is a canned product. Such a product contains a huge amount of salt, and unscrupulous manufacturers add preservatives, dyes, sugar, flavorings.

Even a relatively pure composition involves a long storage due to the abundance of salt, which contributes to fluid stagnation in the body, increased blood pressure, the formation of stones.

It is really easy to get poisoned by canned food – if bacteria get into it or if the storage time and temperature conditions are not observed. Protein poisoning – a fairly rare syndrome. But quite likely when consuming more than 50 g of protein (pure).

How often can you eat red caviar? Canned infrequently, two or three times a year – in principle, it is safe, the main thing is to choose good quality.

If you want to eat more often – salt caviar yourself, do not canned. Then in general you can and should eat caviar 5-10 g daily. If you do not have allergies, intolerance to the product, then such a habit will become useful.

Thanks to useful substances, this product has a positive effect on the brain, and helps with diseases of the nervous system and generally improves its functioning.

Canned caviar is better not to eat daily. Again, because of the excess salt, which strongly loads the kidneys and liver, which leads to metabolic disorders. Therefore, in the use of such a delicacy should be limited to small portions.

Red caviar is undoubtedly useful for health – it helps the cardiovascular system, contains a large amount of iron and is enriched with fatty acids. But do not forget that any medicine in large quantities – poison.
