Baked dishes and vegetables

Korean cuisine is characterized by spiciness and variety. The main dishes are rice, noodles, soups and appetizers. Koreans try to minimize the consumption of processed, fatty or sweet foods, and do not use a lot of fat in cooking, preferring baked dishes.

There are plenty of vegetables at the table – their meals are usually rich in fiber, which aids in digestion. What’s interesting is that Koreans eat almost no bread. In addition, they do not have a traditional breakfast, but the first meal should be nutritious and nourishing. Most often “breakfast” consists of soup and vegetables.

Daily walks are a great benefit for the body. Koreans love to walk around the city. In most cases, it is easier to get somewhere on foot than to call a cab.

But they also have a well-developed bicycle infrastructure. Almost all over the country there is a network of modern bicycle paths. And many girls in their free time prefer to walk on bicycles. Kimbap is a rice roll with various vegetables and meat. It is similar to a sushi roll only Korean style and without the raw fish.

Eating without dairy

There are products from animal milk in Korea. On the shelves of stores you can find kefir, cottage cheese, cheese, but they are not in great demand. Like, for example, in Russia or Belarus. If you exclude “dairy” from the diet (at least within reasonable limits), you can remove a few extra pounds and get a clear skin, if you have lactose intolerance.

Water during meals

Korean girls drink a lot of water in addition to tea and coffee. This has only a positive effect on their beauty, slimness and health. In general, in various diets, you will often find the opinion that you need to drink more water. Ideally non-carbonated. And Korean women follow this advice. They always have clean drinking water on the tables during meals. Be sure to pay attention to this and take an example!
